Can i have the OT Calculation formula?
ReplyDeletePlease see below guide, it may vary based on individual company practices. If you have any doubt, please consult the relevant authority for final guide:-
Delete1. Normal OT-Basic Salary/26 days/8hrs*1.5 (after normal working hrs)
(eg: RM500/26 days/8 hrs*1.5=RM3.61 per hr)
2. Off day pay- < 4 hrs (Basic Salary/26*0.5), > 4 hrs (Basic Salary/26*1)
(eg: RM500/26 days*0.5=RM9.62 half day pay), (eg:RM500/26 days*1=RM19.23 per day)
3. Off Day OT-Basic Salary/26 days/8 hrs*2 (after 8 hours)
(eg: RM500/26 days/8 hrs*2=RM4.81 per hr)
4. PH pay –Basic Salary/26 days*2
(eg: RM500/26 days *2= RM38.46 per day)
5. PH OT-Basic Salary/26 days / 8 hrs *3 (after 8 hrs)
(eg: RM500/26 days / 8hrs*3=RM7.21 per hr)
